SPDX Lite Appendix

  • Agreed to add the appendix
  • SPDX Trademark usage is OK as long as the SPDX lite meets implements the spec. or implements changes to the spec being considered by SPDX
  • question on if all fields are mandatory. If not, suggest adding a column “Optional” to the table
  • There are some fields that are listed as required in the spec but not in the document (SPDX-Version, Data license an Document SPDX identifier). See https://github.com/OpenChain-Project/Japan-WG-General/issues/6

Review of other Appendices

  • Agreed to remove Appendix I license list
  • Need to update the License Matching guidelines (some links)
  • License expressions need to be updated
  • Other updates already have issues associated with them
