Present: Conjunctive license example where two different licenses are found in a file that are "potentially" incompatible. Compatibility requires is a legal judge. A key point is license expressions minimize presenting legal judgement semantics and simply report the facts. This enables one's legal counsel to focus on determining the meaning and how to respond.
