    • Google Docs – Philippe will put it up and share it with mentors and people on this call
    • Request students to make a pull request
    • all interactions would be on the mailing list, chat session – full participation with group,

  • Mentor assignments
    • Time expectations low as couple hours a week as much as 1 to 2 days a weeks
    • Gary – 1 student, Java
    • Philippe – 1 to 1 ½ no specific criteria, preference to Python
    • Uday – 1 student Python, related to online validation tool
    • Kate – ½ Python, help with design, license parsing
    • Jack – ½ to 1 – not Java, have done Django, Python
    • One primary, secondary – anyone can participate
  • Student assessment
    • Ability to communicate
  • Review of student proposals
    • Will update in spreadsheet
