Spec Related Implementation Issues

  • Discussed adding back in declared licenses for snippets
    • Agreed there is a useful use case with aggregated JavaScript files in a larger file which contains license information in the snippet comments
    • Agreed to add back the declared licenses
    • Proposed tag name LicenseInfoInSnippet:
    • Agreed to make it mandatory consistent with the file level declared license
