JSON format

• Requirement for adding a new format – in issue #55
  • Add a new example for each of the fields, Steve will help with JSON
  • An example file based on the existing examples
  • Create example folder that contains all examples from the same SPDX document in different format
  • Create a separate branch off of 2.1 which has all the JSON changes
  • Discussion on JSON-LD or JSON – Steve will look into JSON-LD
