Expressing Documents in Relationships
- Need to update the relationship syntax to allow references to external document ID's and the SPDX document containing the relationship definitions (e.g. ThisDocument: ).
- May need a way to refer to the document itself. The syntax and need it TBD.
Completing Relationship
