1. Beta program - review beta program slides

  • We reviewed 2 slide decks for our Beta Orientation meeting on Feb 3  (see attachments below)
    • Beta Program deck - by Kim
    • Tools deck - provided by Gary
  • Feedback

    • Kim will also create a short version of the SPDX overview as well, and pull all 3 topics into one preso
    • For the Beta preso --
      • add info about who will be on the teams for the Beta participants
      • add info about check-in meetings to Sample Beta Plan
      • Kim to follow up with legal team re licensing of tools and any privacy/NDA/Beta agreements needed
    • For Beta Orientation meeting on Feb 3rd, we will invite legal, technical, program mgmt people for each Beta participant
  • To Do List
    • Kim - send out invite
    • Kim - create/clean up combined deck
