Overview
The SPDX Tech Report program has been created to encourage individuals to write reports to be shared with the SPDX community covering a variety of topics that foster 1) the understanding and adoption of SPDX and 2)the understanding of relevant issues surrounding license compliance. Topics include (but not limited to) technical considerations, legal matters, adoption considerations and beyond. Periodically an SPDX working group may select certain reports to publication on the main SPDX website (spdx.org).
