Overview
The SPDX Tech Report program has been created to encourage individuals to write reports to be shared with the SPDX community covering a variety of topics that foster the understanding and adoption of SPDX as well as the the relevant issues that surround license compliance. Topics range from technical considerations, legal matters, to adoption considerations and beyond. Periodically an SPDX working group may select certain reports for publication on the main website spdx.org.
