Mission statement
I thought we agreed to change "Deliver" and "Develop" so it would be "Develop and promote adoption ..." To be clear this is the proposed Mission for the overall SPDX initiative not just the business team.

Mission Statement
I think the mission statement is good, but I get a little lost (it's a very long sentence) at the point where it says, "that such party may create, alter, combine, pass on, or receive, and to make such information available..." it seems like there should be a noun after "create, alter, pass on, or receive." Also the combination of "or" in that clause followed by "and to make..." gets me a little lost as well. could this be broken into two sentences, perhaps?
